How do I place an order?
Click the Shop tab and thoroughly scroll through our product range available. Order online by clicking on the tab provided, alternatively sent us an email to whatalotwesell@gmail.com or sent us a What's Up message to 082 409 3973.
Payment and Shipping
Once in receipt of your order an invoice will be forwarded via the portal of which you used to place your order. The invoice constitutes evidence in respect of your order. Please kindly ensure all details on the invoice is correct. Your Order will be dispatched the following day upon which you are obliged to pay COD. What-A-Lot-We Sell will also accept bank transfers and request to be furnished with proof of payment on day of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Only online, emailed and/or what's up orders will be accepted.
Once an order is placed an invoice will be sent prior delivery.
Confirmation of your order being dispatched will follow.
A invoice and delivery note will accompany the products shipped.
Customer will be liable for any typing errors should same not be confirmed prior shipment.
Upon delivery the client will duly sign a delivery note accepting the products and/or goods upon receipt in good order.
No returns upon signature of the delivery note.
